Kinesiology is highly effective for toddlers and children. As we know young children are already open and easy to work with.  As Kinesiology is guided by the toddler or young child’s body and higher self it is completely safe as the healing is guided by them.  Kinesiology is great for young toddlers or children not sleeping well, overly clingy, feeling withdrawn or not themselves from interactions with other young toddlers/children.

Kinesiology takes the guesswork out of working out what is affecting your young child and clears the underlying issue and/or emotions so the young child is free to be their happy selves again!

I have worked with many young toddlers and children and seen the remarkable transformations much to the relief of their parents.

Kinesiology and Transformation.

Kinesiology is a fantastic tool for making transformational changes on all levels.

It is not only great for clearing unresolved emotions, overcoming past traumas, health and physical conditions but it is fantastic for helping you to tap into your potential, connect with your soul and for your spiritual evolvement.

Whatever challenges or growth you are seeking kinesiology is amazing! Why? Your body does the talking through the muscle testing to communicate what the block or stress is.

Kinesiology works with your whole being – mind, body, higher self, energy centres, aura and soul.

Suffering a sore neck?  Frozen Shoulder?  Suffering Sinus issues all of a sudden?  Our bodies talk to us in many ways.

There is normally emotional or mental “stuff” underlying all these issues.  What is your body trying to let you know?

My kinesiology consultations involve communicating with your body and higher self via muscle testing to identify and clear what the underlying cause

is of your health issue/complaint.

If you have never had kinesiology done ask your friends or colleagues if they have.  You will

find most people are amazed at what comes up in a kinesiology treatment!  It never ceases to amaze me – hence why I love doing it!!

Not only do you get to the underlying cause of your issue but you

learn and understand so much about yourself in the process too!  You will feel much lighter, more at peace and able to move on with your life.

You can even have it done to assist you with your personal and spiritual growth and evolvement.  It works with past lives, chakras, future blocks, intuition, 3rd eye and much much more!

What is Cell Memory?

Your cells remember and hold all the information from your past lives right up until your present life and are constantly updating this information.  This cellular memory retains information on all levels of your being, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Each person’s body has a cellular memory of experiences in the past, and a cellular intelligence that knows what the body needs to heal itself and function optimally. The cellular memory and intelligence of the body can be “questioned” through Kinesiology.  This allows the body to direct its own healing power.  Kinesiology is an extremely effective and powerful modality to assist people in healing on all levels.

The Throat Chakra

Do you have trouble expressing what you need to say? Do you speak from the heart with clear intention?  Communication and speaking our truth both relate to the throat chakra.

What is a chakra?  In Sanskrit chakra means wheel or circle (Cooper and Crosswell, 2009). Chakras are energy centres of light. They are the interface between our physical bodies and energy bodies.  Chakras take in spiritual energy, absorb it and then step it down into usable energy for the physical body.  The chakras in our bodies are located near our endocrine glands.  The throat chakra is located at the throat and is associated with the Thyroid Gland.

Our throat chakras are integral to expressing our truth, thoughts, and feelings as well as expressing who we are on both an individual and soul level (East, 2005). All chakras have a colour, function, location and element associated with them.  For the throat chakra the colour is blue, its function is communication; speaking your truth and expression; its location is the throat and the associated element is ether.

An out of balance, blocked or damaged chakra affects our physical body as everything is interconnected and interrelated. The thyroid gland which is located in the throat is associated with the throat chakra and has a direct impact on our metabolism and vitality.  Thyroid conditions are reflective of an out of balance thyroid.  Running around on empty, exhaustion, weight issues and feeling lethargic can all be symptoms of thyroid issues.

On an emotional level unexpressed emotions can also cause blocks in our throat chakra. When we suppress our self we swallow and push down the energy into our being.  Blocked energy will always manifest in some way in the body.  Lying and manipulating others can also create issues with the throat chakra.

Having an open throat chakra is not particularly easy for women given that in past times society was controlled by males and women were oppressed. Past life wounding can also create blocks in our chakras.  This is due to people in past lives being tortured, abused, suppressed or killed for being oneself or for speaking out that has created blocks in the throat chakra.

With the rise of the feminine energy in recent times and the support of the spiritual energies women in particular are being pushed to find their voice and express themselves. To evolve we must heal and clear the blocks in our chakras.  Kinesiology is a very effective and powerful tool for working with the blocks or wounding in our chakras and clearing out the negative emotions surrounding them.

There are many things you can do to help open your throat chakra such as wearing blue, singing, writing, chanting, journal work, meditating looking at the blue sky, working with blue crystals, speaking your truth, saying what you mean and putting your truth into action (East, 2005).

Chakras are spiritual energy centres within our body which take in divine light and radiate it out into the aura. Light contains spiritual knowledge.  There are also chakras below and above the physical body.  Our chakras can open, close, be disfigured and have imbalances.  Most chakras have a front and back side.

Humanity is now recognising and having a greater understanding of our energetic anatomy. In time Chakras will be a much more familiar term.  Our chakras hold the stuck negative emotions of our experiences in this life and from past lives.  Every cell in our body has the ability to remember.  Sometimes painful experiences result in our bodies suppressing these emotions as they are too painful to deal with at the time.  They don’t go away they just stay suppressed in us and then can affect us in various ways.

Until we resolve our emotional issues we cannot achieve emotional freedom. Our emotions act as a gatekeeper to higher consciousness.  By clearing our cell memory and chakras of unresolved and stuck emotions we are then raising our vibration, opening up our connection to our higher self and allowing ourselves to find that place of love and peace within.

Sometimes we aren’t even conscious of what we have stored in our cell memory as the negative emotions can be in our subconscious. Doing healing work on your emotional, physical, spiritual and mental bodies will enable you to gain more access to your higher self, your psychic and spiritual gifts as well as the higher dimensions.

When we raise our frequency to a fifth dimensional level we are on our way to re-establishing our 12 chakra system and our 12 strands of DNA like we had in Atlantean times. All our psychic and spiritual gifts lie latent with us, waiting for us to reawaken them.

Kinesiology utilises muscle monitoring to access the subconscious and cell memory to assist you in releasing the negative emotions allowing you to open and connect more with your true divine self.

Believe it or not we were more evolved in past times than we are today. We are on the path of making our way back to being more highly evolved like we were in Atlantis and Lemuria.

Most of us living today had a life in Atlantis. On a soul level we all choose when we incarnate, our family, our lessons and our purpose.  Our soul is forever evolving.   More people are starting to wake up now and realise we are more than just our physical body.  Words such as “energy” and “chakra” are starting to be used and understood by humanity.

In Atlantean times we had highly developed psychic ability and were very skilled in working with energy and light. The fall of Atlantis (and the loss of our spiritual and psychic gifts) was due to the abuse of power by some.   We have the opportunity now to access and use these psychic and spiritual gifts again.  It is imperative they are used with the right intention.

As people wake up spiritually and start to evolve more, their frequency rises and their chakras become 4th dimensional or higher.  Our connection to our higher self becomes stronger and our heart centres open. We want to heal, resolve inner conflict and have peace.  Just by doing our own healing and evolving we are helping others and the planet as our light and vibration radiates out and affects others.

There are a lot of things you can do to help yourself grow spiritually such as meditation, spiritual reading, doing your work with love and joy, appreciating and spending time in nature, treating animals and the earth with respect, having joyful play time, eating well – consuming organic fruits and vegetables, healing your physical, emotional, spiritual and mental bodies, releasing your attachments to people and material things, nurturing yourself and blessing everyone and everything.   These are just some ways.

Living in Higher Consciousness starts with us. Exciting times are ahead.

Kinesiology incorporates both Eastern and Western Medicine. For this article I am talking about Eastern Medicine.

Eastern Medicine includes the Chinese 5 Element Theory, the Meridians as well as Yin and Yang. The 5 Element Theory is based on everything in the universe, including our health, being governed by the five elements of Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire.  Each element is associated with a particular organ, emotions, a colour, a season and senses such as taste and smell.   Yin and Yang is like dark and light.  They are like opposing forces yet interdependent.

The Metal element for example, is associated with the Large Intestine and Lungs, the colour white and the emotions of grief, sadness and regret. The Large Intestine is the Yang meridian and the Lung the Yin meridian.  Stagnation, holding onto old stuff, inability to let go and flow with life, being controlled and controlling are all issues of the Large Intestine.

According to Eastern philosophy, the body is a vessel through which energy flows along the meridians. In Chinese Medicine symptoms of various illnesses and ailments are believed to be the result of an energy block or disruption in the energy flow through the meridians.  As everything is interconnected, by clearing the energy block(s) and stimulating the flow of the imbalanced meridian this will then help with evening out the imbalances within the entire system.

When there is a blockage or stress preventing the flow of energy the exact nature of the blockage can be identified using Kinesiology as well as what support the body requires for healing and to help bring it back into balance.

Kinesiology not only works with the physical and subtle energy bodies but also the emotional, mental and bio-chemical aspects.

We have all chosen to learn certain lessons while we are here.  (Let’s be honest life would be boring if we weren’t challenged occasionally!) Although it may not always be easy or pleasant our lessons will continue to be presented to us until we master them.

We may have chosen to learn our lessons early on in life or we may have them spread out over our life.  Whatever is the case you have chosen for it to be this way.  What one person finds easy to do may not be the case for someone else.  One thing you can be assured of is that your lessons will be uniquely challenging for you.

Be thankful always for what you have and what you have learnt along the way.  Lessons are one avenue through which we grow and evolve.  Sometimes our loved ones can be our greatest teachers in that they have chosen to help us to learn a particular lesson.   Remember to celebrate you and give thanks for the lessons you have learnt so far!

What’s your calling? Do you love what you do for work?  For most of us going to work is a drag!  We know what we don’t like doing but do you know what you would love to do?  What is it you really want to do if you aren’t happy with your job or your life?

When you find your passion and are doing what you love you rarely get sick and you feel great! It’s so important to find that fulfilment and joy that comes from living your passion.

I found it a challenge admitting to myself that my career since the age of 23 no longer rocked my boat! To then come up with what I would love to do was also a challenge as I had to really get in touch with my heart and put judgements and beliefs aside.  It was uncomfortable working through what came up however the rewards are more than worth it.

Now that I am doing the work I love I have a deep sense of soul fulfilment and joy. When we aren’t living our passion we just can’t have that same level of fulfilment or joy that you have when you are doing what fulfils you on that deeper level.   In time to come it will be even more important to do what fulfils you and how you can serve others through doing what you love.
