Kinesiology and Transformation.

Kinesiology is a fantastic tool for making transformational changes on all levels.

It is not only great for clearing unresolved emotions, overcoming past traumas, health and physical conditions but it is fantastic for helping you to tap into your potential, connect with your soul and for your spiritual evolvement.

Whatever challenges or growth you are seeking kinesiology is amazing! Why? Your body does the talking through the muscle testing to communicate what the block or stress is.

Kinesiology works with your whole being – mind, body, higher self, energy centres, aura and soul.

Believe it or not we were more evolved in past times than we are today. We are on the path of making our way back to being more highly evolved like we were in Atlantis and Lemuria.

Most of us living today had a life in Atlantis. On a soul level we all choose when we incarnate, our family, our lessons and our purpose.  Our soul is forever evolving.   More people are starting to wake up now and realise we are more than just our physical body.  Words such as “energy” and “chakra” are starting to be used and understood by humanity.

In Atlantean times we had highly developed psychic ability and were very skilled in working with energy and light. The fall of Atlantis (and the loss of our spiritual and psychic gifts) was due to the abuse of power by some.   We have the opportunity now to access and use these psychic and spiritual gifts again.  It is imperative they are used with the right intention.

As people wake up spiritually and start to evolve more, their frequency rises and their chakras become 4th dimensional or higher.  Our connection to our higher self becomes stronger and our heart centres open. We want to heal, resolve inner conflict and have peace.  Just by doing our own healing and evolving we are helping others and the planet as our light and vibration radiates out and affects others.

There are a lot of things you can do to help yourself grow spiritually such as meditation, spiritual reading, doing your work with love and joy, appreciating and spending time in nature, treating animals and the earth with respect, having joyful play time, eating well – consuming organic fruits and vegetables, healing your physical, emotional, spiritual and mental bodies, releasing your attachments to people and material things, nurturing yourself and blessing everyone and everything.   These are just some ways.

Living in Higher Consciousness starts with us. Exciting times are ahead.

Kinesiology incorporates both Eastern and Western Medicine. For this article I am talking about Eastern Medicine.

Eastern Medicine includes the Chinese 5 Element Theory, the Meridians as well as Yin and Yang. The 5 Element Theory is based on everything in the universe, including our health, being governed by the five elements of Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire.  Each element is associated with a particular organ, emotions, a colour, a season and senses such as taste and smell.   Yin and Yang is like dark and light.  They are like opposing forces yet interdependent.

The Metal element for example, is associated with the Large Intestine and Lungs, the colour white and the emotions of grief, sadness and regret. The Large Intestine is the Yang meridian and the Lung the Yin meridian.  Stagnation, holding onto old stuff, inability to let go and flow with life, being controlled and controlling are all issues of the Large Intestine.

According to Eastern philosophy, the body is a vessel through which energy flows along the meridians. In Chinese Medicine symptoms of various illnesses and ailments are believed to be the result of an energy block or disruption in the energy flow through the meridians.  As everything is interconnected, by clearing the energy block(s) and stimulating the flow of the imbalanced meridian this will then help with evening out the imbalances within the entire system.

When there is a blockage or stress preventing the flow of energy the exact nature of the blockage can be identified using Kinesiology as well as what support the body requires for healing and to help bring it back into balance.

Kinesiology not only works with the physical and subtle energy bodies but also the emotional, mental and bio-chemical aspects.

We have all chosen to learn certain lessons while we are here.  (Let’s be honest life would be boring if we weren’t challenged occasionally!) Although it may not always be easy or pleasant our lessons will continue to be presented to us until we master them.

We may have chosen to learn our lessons early on in life or we may have them spread out over our life.  Whatever is the case you have chosen for it to be this way.  What one person finds easy to do may not be the case for someone else.  One thing you can be assured of is that your lessons will be uniquely challenging for you.

Be thankful always for what you have and what you have learnt along the way.  Lessons are one avenue through which we grow and evolve.  Sometimes our loved ones can be our greatest teachers in that they have chosen to help us to learn a particular lesson.   Remember to celebrate you and give thanks for the lessons you have learnt so far!

What’s your calling? Do you love what you do for work?  For most of us going to work is a drag!  We know what we don’t like doing but do you know what you would love to do?  What is it you really want to do if you aren’t happy with your job or your life?

When you find your passion and are doing what you love you rarely get sick and you feel great! It’s so important to find that fulfilment and joy that comes from living your passion.

I found it a challenge admitting to myself that my career since the age of 23 no longer rocked my boat! To then come up with what I would love to do was also a challenge as I had to really get in touch with my heart and put judgements and beliefs aside.  It was uncomfortable working through what came up however the rewards are more than worth it.

Now that I am doing the work I love I have a deep sense of soul fulfilment and joy. When we aren’t living our passion we just can’t have that same level of fulfilment or joy that you have when you are doing what fulfils you on that deeper level.   In time to come it will be even more important to do what fulfils you and how you can serve others through doing what you love.

What comes to mind when you think about relationships? Do you just look at the relationship you have with your partner? What about the relationships you have with your family and friends? How do you feel about those relationships? Do you look at the relationship you have with yourself?

Some of our most cherished moments as well as our most testing moments are with those we are in close relationship with. Often our relationships act as a mirror and teacher for us.

Quite often it is easy to get upset about what is happening in a relationship and blame the other person for the way it is or what is going on. Ultimately we are all responsible for ourselves, our behaviour and our actions. If someone pushes your buttons be grateful to them as they are showing you something within you that you need to look at.

The most important relationship in this life is the one you have with yourself. How do you treat yourself? Do you give yourself a hard time? Do you treat yourself as a lovable worthwhile person? With a positive attitude and a sense of humour you can learn greater self acceptance and develop a greater love of yourself. Once you believe in yourself and hold yourself in high regard others will too.

Why not start liking and appreciating yourself a little bit more starting today? Relationships may come and go however the relationship you have with yourself lasts forever. Love and appreciate you!

We all have experiences – good, bad and indifferent.  Our experiences help to shape who we are.  We can all have the same experience yet we can all look at it differently.  Some experiences have a big impact on us and are never forgotten whilst other experiences happen and are easily forgotten.

Generally it is our reaction and feelings about an experience that determine whether we are negatively impacted by it. On the other hand you can have a wonderful experience and feel so happy that you are over the moon about it!  So often it is not so much the experience but the emotional reaction to the event that affects us.

Consciously you may be aware of experiences that you’ve previously had that you don’t feel great about even today.  You only have to think about them and uneasy or upset feelings come up.  On some level these feelings you still have can affect the choices you make and how you feel about yourself.

Take for example someone when they were a child had a near drowning experience in the pool and struggled to get their head above the water.  Every time this person even as an adult goes near deep water they feel anxious and fearful even though years have passed since the initial incident happened.

Everything we experience is recorded in our subconscious.  That is why I love Kinesiology as it can deal with the specific incident whenever it happened and release those negative emotions surrounding it so you are no longer holding onto those feelings.  So next time you think about the initial experience or you have a similar experience there are no unpleasant feelings that come up.   What’s more important you can start feeling even better within yourself!

Experiences shape who we are as people.  They help build our character, help define what we value and what we don’t and help build our compassion and understanding.  Most importantly they help us to grow and be the wonderful person we are today.
